My name is Scott Wischmeyer. My lady, Michelle and I live in sunny and tropical Rochester, NY. To be honest, this wasn’t our first choice, as I grew up here and Michelle just kind of ended up here by route of Chicago, but after a few hard years, we learned to love it here. No, we’re not huge fans of the bipolar weather, nor do we think the public transit system is nearly where it should be, but we’ve come to love the people, the character only found in a small rust belt city, and the love for agriculture that surrounds us everywhere we go. In short, this has become our home.
I’ve been called a lot of things, and I have done nearly just as many. From serving in the Army to working on an indoor hydroponic sprouts farm, to Linux network administrator, I’ve been done it all. Now, I find myself bringing you my passion for community, sustainability, and agriculture here on Our Tiny Earth.
Our mission is to help our community, as well as the world community together in a way that will be a benefit to all through means of sustainability and global stewardship.
