I get a lot of questions from people asking how the garden is doing. Quite well, actually. Since the weather has been a little bipolar, the tomatoes are taking their time to ripen, but everything else seems to be coming along quite nicely. I don’t think we’re going to have to worry about food too much for a while.
As you can see, we’re utilizing several different methods. On the garage, we have a green wall panel growing green and red lettuce, we have 9 raised beds growing most of the rest of the veggies, and a flower bed in front of the house growing edible flowers. We’re producing more raspberries than we know what to do with (I don’t eat them), sharing the bounty with our neighbors, and there is a monster load of pears on their way to be ready for us to eat as well.
