There are no words in which can ever heal the pain in which the families and friends of the victims are feeling today. Though most of us will never know or even begin to understand what they feel, it’s important that we, if only for today, put our political, religious, and any other differences we may have aside to look at what we have in common, and to give support to the people of Connecticut, not because of any superficial ideologies, but because they are human.
Please take the time today to tell the people in your life that you love them, for there may not be that chance tomorrow.

My thoughts are with the families. I hadn’t heard about this until I read your post, then went and read the story. I can’t imagine what kind of a holiday the families will be able to have after losing a loved one so close to Christmas, it will always be there each year at this time.
